The Beyond the Game Foundation Board of Directors is not a board in name only. It is a lived-experience table.
Our board is made up of individuals who understand the pressure, promise, and complexity of athletics—not just from the sidelines, but from inside the experience. Many are former or current athletes themselves. Others are parents who have walked alongside young athletes through the highs, the setbacks, the injuries, and the moments of doubt that rarely make the highlight reel.
What unites them is this: they know what it means to perform—and what it costs when support is missing.
Around the table are entrepreneurs who understand sustainability and growth, attorneys who bring legal insight and ethical grounding, counselors and mental health professionals who center wellbeing, coaches and trainers who know the culture of sport from the inside out, educators who see the academic realities athletes face, and sports parents who understand the quiet weight families carry.
This diversity is intentional.
Our board blends professional expertise with personal experience. Strategy with compassion. Accountability with humanity. They challenge assumptions, ask hard questions, and ensure that decisions are rooted not just in policy—but in the real lives of the athletes we serve.

Beyond the Game Foundation, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity operating in good standing with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Policies & Procedures
The organization operates under board-approved bylaws and governance policies, including a Conflict of Interest Policy, to ensure ethical decision-making, transparency, and responsible stewardship.
