Her Next Play is a youth entrepreneurship and leadership program created by Beyond the Game Foundation, Inc. to support young women athletes as they turn their creativity, discipline, confidence, and ideas into real-world business ventures.
This program is designed for student-athletes who have a business idea, early-stage business, or creative product/service they want to launch or grow.
Her Next Play helps young women athletes understand how the skills they develop through sports can also help them become strong, capable, and confident entrepreneurs.

Jones Blooms is a floral design business built from Addy's love of creating beautiful arrangements. From bouquets for special occasions to seasonal designs, Addy brings color, joy, and artistry to every order. Her athletic discipline fuels the precision and creativity she brings to every floral creation.

Flowers have always made me feel happy and making people smile and having a positive impact on their day with flowers is so amazing. I also never thought I could actually do this at this age so it is giving me more confidence to be creative and try new things.

About the Business
Since the age of 5, soccer has been her sport and cookies are her specialty. Londyn’s Sweet Treats is a baking business in Dartmouth, MA, born from Londyn’s passion for creating delicious, handcrafted confections. From custom cupcakes and cookies to seasonal treats, Londyn channels the same focus and dedication she brings to her sport into every batch she bakes. Whether it’s a birthday, a luncheon, or just a Tuesday, Londyn is open and taking orders.

Starter Grant
For participants in the early stages of launching a business idea — supplies, ingredients, packaging, branding materials, or a first vendor opportunity.
Builder Grant
For participants with a more developed idea or early-stage business — growth, equipment, marketing materials, product development, or vendor fees.
The Play It Forward Pledge™
Her Next Play is built on the belief that when one young woman athlete receives an opportunity, she can help create the next one.
Selected participants are asked to contribute $50 (Starter) or $100 (Builder) back to Beyond the Game Foundation from future business earnings — not as repayment, but as a community reinvestment commitment to open the door for the next young woman athlete entrepreneur.
