Beyond the Game Foundation, Inc. is committed to providing an inclusive, respectful, and equitable environment for all participants, families, partners, volunteers, and staff.

Privacy & Confidentiality Policy

Beyond the Game Foundation respects the privacy of individuals who interact with our organization.

We collect only the information necessary to communicate with supporters, process donations or registrations, and connect individuals to programs or services. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information related to youth participants and families is handled sensitively and confidentially, consistent with ethical standards and applicable laws.

Youth Safety & Wellbeing Statement

Beyond the Game Foundation is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all youth participants.

We prioritize the physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing of young people in all programs and activities and maintain clear expectations for appropriate conduct, professional boundaries, and supervision. Staff, volunteers, and partners are expected to act in the best interests of youth at all times, and concerns related to safety or wellbeing are taken seriously and addressed promptly.

Grievance & Complaint Procedure

Beyond the Game Foundation is committed to maintaining an environment rooted in respect, fairness, and accountability.

Individuals who believe they have experienced discrimination, accessibility barriers, or concerns related to services or conduct may submit a complaint without fear of retaliation. Complaints may be submitted verbally or in writing and will be reviewed promptly and confidentially. Reasonable efforts will be made to address concerns and resolve issues in a timely and respectful manner.

Governance & Policy Availability

Beyond the Game Foundation, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity operating in good standing.

The organization is governed by an active Board of Directors and operates under board-approved bylaws and governance policies, including a Conflict of Interest Policy, to ensure ethical leadership, transparency, and fiscal responsibility.
