We prioritize the physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing of young people in all programs and activities and maintain clear expectations for appropriate conduct, professional boundaries, and supervision. Staff, volunteers, and partners are expected to act in the best interests of youth at all times, and concerns related to safety or wellbeing are taken seriously and addressed promptly.

Individuals who believe they have experienced discrimination, accessibility barriers, or concerns related to services or conduct may submit a complaint without fear of retaliation. Beyond the Game Foundation, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity operating in good standing.

The organization is governed by an active Board of Directors and operates under board-approved bylaws and governance policies, including a Conflict of Interest Policy, to ensure ethical leadership, transparency, and fiscal responsibility.
