Mental Performance Workshops
In partnership with FORCE Baseball and Farmhouse Sports Academy, Beyond the Game Foundation delivers the ALL IN Mindset™ Mental Performance Workshop Series — a structured mental performance curriculum designed to give young baseball athletes the same psychological tools used by elite players at the professional level.
Led by Dr. Heather Larkin, LMHC, MGCP, MPMC, AIMC, these workshops go far beyond the physical game. Athletes learn to train their minds with the same intensity and intentionality they bring to the field.

Red Sox Poster Challenge

The ALL IN Mindset™ Red Sox Poster Challenge is a creative competition that pushes young athletes beyond being baseball fans — it challenges them to study the mental game of elite Red Sox players and connect it to their own performance.
Athletes select a favorite Red Sox player, analyze their mindset under pressure, connect it to the ALL IN pillars, and apply it to their own season through original poster artwork.

Gabe's ALL IN Mindset™ Poster : Carlos Narvaez
🏆 Winner: Gabriel
Gabriel chose Red Sox catcher Carlos Narváez — a player who faced one of the most pressure-filled moments in baseball: striking out in the World Series. Rather than focus on the failure, Gabe's poster explored how Carlos's mindset carried him through it — staying locked in, resetting fast, and continuing to lead. It was the ALL IN Mindset™ in real life, on the biggest stage in baseball.
The Red Sox Foundation — including a special thank you to Michaela and Maggie — was so moved by Gabe's thoughtfulness and creativity that they awarded him with something truly unforgettable.

Lindos Sueños
"Beautiful Dreams"
The Red Sox Foundation's Lindos Sueños program was created in 2004 with an incredibly generous donation from a baseball-loving mom and philanthropist. Its mission: to bring people of different backgrounds together through the common appeal of baseball and community service.
Every summer, 10 American teenage boys travel to the Dominican Republic where they join 10 teammates from the Dominican Republic to form a team of 20 young men united by purpose.
Together, the group performs community service each morning and plays baseball each afternoon at the Red Sox Dominican Academy — a dual mission of service and sport that embodies the values Beyond the Game Foundation holds at its core.
How It Works
Selection
10 American teenage boys are selected for the summer trip to the Dominican Republic.
United by Baseball
They join 10 Dominican teammates, forming a 20-person team bound by sport and service.
Morning: Community Service
Each morning, the team serves a community in need — building empathy, gratitude, and global citizenship.
Afternoon: Baseball at the Academy
Each afternoon, they play at the Red Sox Dominican Academy, experiencing elite baseball culture firsthand.
